Once we found the right place she helped me through the offer, counter-offer and acceptance phase. Not only did she give me the name of a home inspector prior to closing, but also helped me after closing with suggestions for a handy-man, house cleaners, electricians and plumbers. About Cynthia Woods
I have been in the real estate field for over 25 years. Prior to working with residential buyers and sellers, I served as the CEO and CFO of local development companies. I have experience in the banking and state government industry as well. I believe home ownership is the best investment a person can make for their future. A place to live and grow a future! Being a part of that process, hunting and finding that home, I find a very rewarding experience.The friendships and personal relationships I have garnered over the years in this industry mean so much to me and I am grateful.
I’m also a singer and guitarist and play in both Rock and Country bands. I am fortunate to have the support of many of my fellow realtors, affiliates and friends in this pursuit as well.
